She consistently does a wonderful job capturing the essence of the people and projects we are sharing with the world. She is very professional, working like a quiet mouse in the background - you hardly know she's there! She also helps create scripts and coaches interviewees through the process of what makes a good interview, all while making participants feel calm and supported.
